Total Knee replacement

Knee Arthroplasty or Total Knee replacement is a surgical process dedicated to replacing the weight bearing surface of the knee. This form of procedure restores mobility in the patient in addition to relieving them of knee pains and other disabling affects. They are performed for all sorts of reasons that include diseases like Osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis or psoriatic arthritis or even accidents.

Total Hip Replacement

Total hip replacement has been a support structure for elderly individuals. In this procedure, the hip is completely replaced with a prosthetic implant. While many cases entail total hip replacement, there are in fact cases where semi hip replacements are also available. This form of surgical procedure is focused towards mobility, support and relieving joint pains.

Shoulder Replacement Surgery

This form of surgery to the most flexible joint of the body is recommended to the people with limited hand motion and shoulder pains. There are two ways of replacement: One is meant for the shoulder head and the other is meant for the entire socket.

Arthroscopy Surgery

This form of surgery is done to deal with varying types of joint problems. The joint problems that we are concerned with here affect wrist, hip, ankles shoulders and elbows. This procedure gets its name because of the tool used in the process called the arthroscope that is entered through a small incision on the skin.

Spine Surgery

Spine surgery is one of the most intricate forms of surgery is recommended to the patients of extreme back pain or those individuals with loss of mobility. The spinal surgery is applied for back pain relief. However, this form of surgery can be deemed risky and to that end, it is rarely taken into account.

Minimally Invasive Surgery

Courtesy of modern equipment and advancements in surgical techniques, minimally invasive surgery has also become an option when it comes to the matter of orthopaedics as well. In this particular technique, rather than open surgery a small incision is made in the body and the issues are dealt with the instruments inserted through that incision.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT US

My daughter was just 13 when I heard that she had an acute case of hepatitis A. In such case, transplant was the only option for her. When I heard first heard about India’s hospitals, all came to my mind was the low cost of transplant. However, once I finally decided to take my little girl to there, I was relieved that the low cost did not mean that the quality of treatment was low as well. The operation was a success and I thank the doctors for granting her a lease on life.

Henar (Iraq)

When I first heard that my liver was damaged, my thoughts were anything but “how much would the transplant cost?” However, after trying to get this treatment through most of the countries in the west, I found out that the costs were beyond what I could ever afford. Seeing no choice, I went to India and what I found there was amazing. The treatment was affordable. Al though, the low costs did make me a little doubtful about the quality of the transplant, those doubts were short-lived and the operation was a success and 3 years later, I feel as good as new.

Masiur Rahman (Bangladesh)

To be honest, India wasn’t my first choice for my liver transplant. However, after certain ups and downs, I ended up in this country for my treatment and low-and-behold, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only the surgery that I was given a success, but the post op recovery procedures were also amazingly dedicated and effective. On top of that, the treatment was also affordable. This treatment has provided me a new perspective on the country.
